Hatha Flow Yoga with Jill

A consistent yoga practice can be a powerful tool to reduce stress, energize the body, and quiet the mind. Participants will use various modalities to achieve this balance, including breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and yoga nidra relaxation techniques at the beginning and end of the Flow practices.
