Loving, Acceptance and Forgiveness (L.A.F.) Meditations

L.A.F. is for Loving, Acceptance and Forgiveness Meditations. This meditation is offered in three parts however, attending all three is not a requirement.

– Loving = self compassion. The exercise will focus on compassion toward self and others in your world. This event is April 24.
– Acceptance = accept things as they are in the present moment in your world. This event will be May 22.
